گەرچی ئەوان هەمیشە لە ژێڕ دەستی داگیرکەرەکەیاندا بوون، هەرگیز حکومەتی سەربەخۆ و ئازادی نەبووە، سەروو سێسەد ساڵە لە ژێر پرۆگرامی هەرەسکردن، توانەوە و لە قاڵبدانی کولتووریدان، لای سەرکردایەتیی خێڵکەیان ٩٢ ساڵ بوو بیرۆکەی جێگیرکردنی مافەکانی هاووڵاتیی ڕەسەن و ناونانی کێشەکانیان هەبوو.  

کورد سی ساڵە پرۆسەی سەربەخۆیی بەڕێوە ئەبات و وەزارەتی تایبەتی بە پرسی جینۆساید دروست کردووە، هەتا ئێستا پسپۆڕی تەواو لەم بوارەدا بوونی نییە و لە زۆر ڕووشەوە پسپۆڕانە مامەڵەی لە گەڵ نەکراوە.
